Videos Won’t Play:
I’m a member and I’m logged in, but I cannot see any videos.
Some members experience trouble seeing video when using the Internet Explorer browser. Download and install the latest version of Firefox and your problem should be solved.
Can’t Log In:
I’m a member, but when I try to login I get a message saying that I’ve reached my daily limit.
There is a daily limit to the number of computers or IP addresses from which you can login to your account. If you are having trouble with this and believe it is in error, then please contact support.
